this was the best trip I've ever had.

Trip was fun, but because our group made it fun.
I felt that she needs to be more knowledgeable of the resort and all they offered.
This resort had little entertainment, one bar at night, no beach umbrellas, lots of children in bar area, only thing was most of the personal was very nice.

I could only go by my research and other reviews which I assure you I did prior to offering it to your group. I have alerted other agents to steer clear and made management aware that the poor treatment of guests that are not members needs to be addressed. Thank you for your honesty.
